First of all and for best results, as with any other supplement, they key to success is CONSISTENCY: This will allow the active compounds to build in your system and have effects. Consistent use equals consistent results! Take it daily.
Shake well and then, gently squeeze the rubber end and release. This will fill the dropper. Adjust it to the desire serving. Finally, squeeze the oil under your tongue and hold it for 30 – 45 seconds before swallowing.
We recommend starting with small dosages (one serving every morning and one serving every night) and, if necessary, gradually increase it until you get the desire effect.
